Hi I’m still here.

I’m working on lots of things.

Here’re some of the things I’m working on:

1.) Copyedits for Novel 3 that’s being released April, 2026. I don’t know for sure if I’m allowed to say just yet that Unsolicited Press is putting this one out…but Unsolicited Press is putting this one out. A thousand apologies, Summer, for blowing the announcement for all my fan.

2.) A horrory novella-ish thing written in the 2nd person so I can bum out all my former professors with the staggering levels of pretension I’ve achieved since leaving the hallowed halls of my low-res MFA program a decade ago. I’m halfway through a draft. I like it some days. Other days I like to pretend it doesn’t exist. Like today. That’s why I’m here. Writing this. For you.

3.) I’ve been cobbling together digital collages for like a year and a half and I really dig doing it. Never really did visual art stuff before in any real way. Anyways, I’ve begun outlining a script for a graphic novel that’ll be told completely in digital collage as opposed to hand-drawn art. It’s a big ol’ thing. Kind of hate myself for thinking it up because I don’t think I’ve ever seen something like that before and therefore by-George I must now torture myself into figuring out a way to do it without making it dumb. Maybe it’s already dumb. I don’t know. Gonna do it anyways.

4.) We’re gonna finish this new Grayson record if it kills me. Seven brand new songs. We did pre-production almost a year ago. Still working out some kinks. But if you atomically bond blink-182, Quicksand, Jesu, Kid Dynamite, that song at the end of Chasing Amy, early Foo Fighters, some Bush, and the darkest thoughts I’ve ever thought, you get deconstruct/reconstruct by Grayson. The cover art’s a digital collage I made like 18 months ago.

5.) Kicking around ideas for a collection of stories called Regular-Ass Stories. At the moment its mostly a list of one-liners and titles I think’re cleverer than they probably actually are, but we’ll see.

Side Note: I read Moby-Dick. I don’t really know what else to say about that besides look at how smart and cultured I am now.
